Tree Surgery Operations Manager

Hepworth, Suffolk, with contracts across East Anglia Salary:
£32,000–£35,000 per annum Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 am–5 pm Top Garden Services, a family-run business, is looking to expand the arboreal side of our operations. We manage tree care for multiple councils as part of our grounds maintenance contracts and are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead the day-to-day running of our tree surgery team. About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company. The successful candidate will: Oversee and manage a tree surgery crew, ensuring work is carried out to high standards. Undertake a variety of tree work, both domestic and commercial. Be flexible and capable of stepping in to cover staff when needed. Solve day-to-day operational challenges effectively. Essential Qualifications & Skills Candidates must hold the following certifications: NPTC Unit 201 (CS30): Chainsaw Maintenance and Crosscutting NPTC Unit 202 (CS31): Felling and Processing Trees (up to 380mm) NPTC Unit 203 (CS38): Tree Climbing and Aerial Rescue NPTC Unit 204 (CS39): Using a Chainsaw from a Rope and Harness Full UK Driving Licence What We’re Looking For We need someone who is: Experienced in all aspects of tree surgery.
