Join our new District Nurse Triage Desk Band 5 & 6 Nurse roles available. The DN Duty Desk has been set up to provide a telephone triage service to our patients to ensure that all their care needs are holistically assessed in order to signpost to the correct services and mobilise a visiting assessor in a timely manner. Our bases are Abingdon Community Hospital and we will consider candidates wishing to work in Fiennes, Banbury. The services currently operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with core hours of 08.00-18.30. Shift patterns are 08.00-16.00, 10.30-18.30, or 08.00-18.30. Person Specification
Qualifications
Registered with NMC Nursing Degree Experience
DN experience IT Literate and use of IT systems Be able to travel to Abingdon or Banbury base Experience of EMIS Disclosure and Barring Service Check
