SC cleared Contractor
to design and implement the Tricentis Tosca application (Test Automation solution) onto the client's network environments to meet the client's security and ITIL governance rules and develop the operating model. Following the implementation, they will then lead the initial creation of an Automation Test library and handover to the in-house team.
The contractor will be responsible for executing the design and deployment of a Tosca Server on-prem implementation onto the client's Azure infrastructure. They will be required to request servers, databases, etc., from the infrastructure/DBA teams and will be responsible for all installation/configuration of the Tricentis Application onto the architecture and produce required documentation (Requirements (functional and non-functional), High/Low level design, Delivery Model, Deployment Plan, Cyber assessment, Test Plan/Report, SLAs, Service model, etc.).
The implementation partner will be required to develop an initial operating model describing the approach the client should take to build Tosca into its software delivery processes. This will involve working with Tricentis engineers and the client Test team.
The contractor will be required to develop a “proof of concept” set of tests against two selected client applications, taking existing manual tests and developing automated tests. This is likely to consist of approximately 75 test cases. One application is an in-house application with a .Net Web front end and SQL Database backend. The other is a SAAS application (HxGn Infor CloudSuite).
The contractor will be responsible for training and handover of the application to an in-house test automation team. The training will be specific to the delivered operating model and specific information around AWE Networks and lessons learned from the two applications used above. The current team has limited Tosca experience (all hold AS1) but have used Test Automation tools in the past.
