Youth Unlimited YFC Southwestern Ontario is a youth-focused, faith-based organization that exists to help young people throughout Southwestern Ontario attain their full life potential, showing love and care for their whole person.
Youth Unlimited YFC is looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual for The Shop program in Cambridge, ON. The interested candidate should possess excellent leadership and customer service skills, be a team player, and be able to multitask. A successful candidate will run and operate the youth mentoring and training auto shop program, working collaboratively with volunteers and staff to process car donations, create a schedule for repairs and sales, and maintain an engaging youth program.
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Google Mail, and possess auto mechanical skills. Responsibilities include:
Leading and directing staff and volunteers.
Scheduling repairs and tasks for training sessions.
Following OMVIC protocols for car dealerships.
Updating invoices in Quickbooks.
Purchasing and ordering tools and parts.
Maintaining positive relations with dealers.
