Position: Sales Manager – Trucks

Overview: The Sales Manager (Trucks) is responsible for customer acquisition, achieving sales targets, and growing the company’s market share in the truck sales segment. The role involves customer relationship management, market analysis, and developing innovative solutions to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Identify customer needs and propose suitable truck models or solutions. Handle high-value negotiations and close large-scale deals. Market Analysis: Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Identify opportunities for market expansion or new product introductions. Provide regular reports on market insights and sales performance to senior management. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales & marketing team to align promotional activities with sales goals. Collaborate with the operations and finance departments to ensure timely delivery and accurate pricing. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client interactions. Requirements: Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience:

3+ years in truck sales or automotive sales. Skills:

Strong negotiation and communication abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of trucks, vehicle specifications, and industry trends. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets. Customer satisfaction and retention rates. Individual performance metrics. Growth in market share and client base.
