Protyre Autocare is looking for a Truck Tyre Technician Supervisor to encourage, lead and motivate a team to consistently deliver excellent customer service, as well as taking responsibility for co-ordinating the workload and the delivery of company business objectives. Undertake fitting of commercial tyres, tyre husbandry, repairs and casing management as required. Comply with the company operational policies and procedures, whether this is on site or off site and assist the Truck Centre Manager with the achievement of Company Business Objectives - ensuring the operation is managed effectively and the relevant KPIs are achieved. Respond in a timely fashion to requests/instructions from Management. Assist the Stock Controller to maintain stock profiles and return aged/non-stock items to suppliers. Ensure that stock deliveries are stored and booked into stock on the day of delivery. Monitor the technical, fitting standards and quality of workmanship in the centre and inform the Truck Centre Manager of any issues/requirements. Fitment of Truck Tyres and carrying out service work on customers' sites and premises as required. Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to. Inform the Truck Centre Manager of vehicle defects. In the absence of the Truck Centre Manager, find solutions to get the vehicle roadworthy with the support of the Fleet department. Maintain documents in adherence with company policies and procedures. Maximise workflow through the workshop to achieve maximum efficiencies. About you:

Fully skilled Truck, Van & Car Technician with experience in a Commercial/Mobile environment. Fleet Tyre Maintenance background with experience in managing large Truck fleets. The ability to lead and supervise a team of individuals. A strong customer focus with the ability to encourage the team to deliver a consistent and positive customer experience. Experience of supervising an operation and daily running of a depot. Experience of supervising the maintenance of stock values within the centre.
