Truss and Joist Designer

I am currently recruiting for a Truss and Joist Designer to work for a highly regarded company based in Leicestershire. Salary up to £45,000 + Bonus + Benefits.
The organisation is deemed an expert in their field and has an unrivalled reputation in the market, working with national house builders as well as smaller private self-builders.
To support the growth of the business and manage the forecasted workload, they need to appoint another Truss and Joist Designer on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of a project. You will either be allocated an account or win the work yourself, thereby owning the account. You will handle any enquiries, provide product estimates with a view of tendering for the work, and if successful, proceed into the design phase of the project, seeing it through to completion.
Essential Requirements: Previous experience as a Truss and Joist Designer or similar. If you haven't designed joists but have experience with trusses, this will suffice as full training can be provided.
