Truss and Joist Designer

I am currently recruiting for a Truss and Joist Designer to work for a very highly regarded company based in Leicestershire. Salary up to 45,000 + Bonus + Benefits.
The organisation is deemed the experts at what they do and has an unrivalled reputation in the market, working with national house builders as well as smaller private self-builders.
To support the growth of the business and to deal with the amount of work they have forecast, they need to appoint another Truss and Joist Designer on a permanent basis.
In this role as a Truss and Joist Designer, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of a project. You will either be allocated an account or win the work yourself, thus owning the account. You will deal with any enquiries from the account, product estimates with a view of tendering for the work, and then, assuming the work is won, you will go into the design phase of the project, seeing it through to completion.
Essential Requirements: Previous experience as Truss and Joist Designer or similar. If you haven't designed joists but have done trusses, this will suffice as full training can be provided.
