Our client is looking for a motivated Trust Administrator to join their established fiduciary team. This full-time role, based in a choice of locations, offers an opportunity to support the administration of diverse client entities, including trusts and companies, within a dynamic and reputable firm. Job Duties: Assist with the administration of client entities, ensuring compliance with relevant operational standards and controls. Collaborate with the fiduciary team to meet business objectives and maintain a high standard of service delivery. Develop working relationships with clients, intermediaries, and internal contacts to enhance client retention. Monitor and manage your workload to ensure efficient processing and adherence to established deadlines. Maintain accurate records and contribute to a culture of compliance with policies and risk management procedures. Address client queries and complaints using the principles of treating customers fairly (TCF). Support personal development by participating in training and continuously improving your knowledge and performance. Job Requirements: Strong numeracy skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Basic communication and relationship-building skills to facilitate teamwork and enhance client interactions. Willingness to learn about trust and company administration, including legal documents and relevant fiduciary duties. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to study towards relevant qualifications such as: Certificate of Offshore Administration, Level 4 Certificate in Offshore Finance and Administration, STEP Foundation Certificate in Offshore Trust Management.
