With schools based across Merseyside, Lancashire and Greater Manchester, the trust currently has 13 schools and is continuously delivering on new trust-wide projects. The trust IT Manager will become an integral part of the IT team where you will have the opportunity to further develop and grow your role. Your new role Reporting to the Trust IT Director, your role will involve project management, IT leadership, and technical support. From a leadership perspective, you will oversee the infrastructure of 4 educational sites, managing a team of 4 IT Engineers based across the primary and secondary sites. This will involve ensuring that the IT Engineers are performing in line with role requirements, ensuring that projects are delivered with support from the engineers, and conducting regular 1:1s and reviews in line with company policy. What you'll get in return In return, you will join a well-established and progressive IT team, where you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills and progress your career in the education sector. You will receive a salary of between £46,000 and £49,000, dependent on your level of experience, and you will also gain access to the trust benefits package.
