Our Tier 1 Private Client team are growing and looking for an experienced Trust Manager to join the team. The team enjoys an excellent reputation throughout the country, with both national and international clients. We advise clients on tax and estate planning, offshore tax planning, corporate tax and more. The Opportunity As a Trust Manager, you will take ownership of your work and be trusted to manage tasks independently. We offer a professional, friendly, supportive, and sociable environment to help you thrive and reach your potential. Our Trust Management team advises trustees on administering all types of trusts, working closely with our probate, succession planning, and Wills teams. You will advise trustees on managing trust assets and prepare annual accounts and tax returns, along with advising on wider tax matters including inheritance tax calculations and returns, changes of trustees and the appropriate provision of information to beneficiaries. You will play a key role in handling IHT returns for non-residents and trusts, tax returns for non-resident individuals, ATED, non-resident CGT returns, and assisting with GDPR and TRS compliance. What you'll need: Relevant previous trust management and accountancy experience Ideally, you will have a relevant accountancy qualification such as ATT, CTA, or STEP qualified.
