We have an excellent opportunity for a trust manager at an expanding London-based accountancy firm. Clients include high-net-worth individuals, estates and trusts.

We are recruiting for a London-based firm with significant career advancement opportunities.

The trust team deals with various trusts nationwide, including estates, probates, individual clients and their families, family offices, and small charities. Most clients are high-net-worth families, trusts and the estates.

The firm has achieved significant growth in the last few years. It is now looking to expand its Trusts and Estates team in London and further afield as part of its growth plans.

What You'll Do

The main objective of this role is to assist the Partner, and Senior Manager looks after the broad array of trusts in their portfolio.

In this role, you'll work with the firm's Tax Planning Teams, advising clients on trust formation, reorganisations and inheritance tax planning.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

Managing the financial affairs of high-net-worth family groups Training, mentoring and appraising a team of four staff Managing debtors, billing and team workflow Ensuring that your team meets critical deadlines for tax compliance and annual accounts

Unlike many trust teams, this business offers you the opportunity to advance. You can make senior manager in 18-24 months or possibly sooner, depending on your experience.
