Job Description Managing the tax affairs of a diverse client portfolio. Providing strategic tax advice and planning for trusts and estates. Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax regulations. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Collaborating with the wider tax team to improve processes and service delivery. Training and mentoring junior team members. Participating in business development initiatives to grow the firm's client base. Keeping abreast of changes in tax legislation and best practice in the property sector. The Successful Applicant A successful Trust Manager/Senior Manager should have: A strong academic background in finance, economics, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in tax management and strategic planning. Excellent knowledge of tax legislation, specifically relating to trusts and estates. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and mentor junior staff.
