The Vice Principal interested in this role will be an outstanding leader who can enact this vision and inspire others, making a significant contribution to the Trust's overall effectiveness. Role: You will be an experienced leader with a track record of sustained impact in relation to the Behaviour, Attitudes and Attendance areas of the Ofsted framework. You will demonstrate a solid understanding and impact in the formulation and implementation of strategy, evidenced by sustained and significant school-wide improvement. You will work with senior leaders across the organisation on a focused piece of work in relation to Behaviour, Attitudes and Attendance to contribute towards the development of effective multi-tiered systems of support. This includes high quality core instruction and the curation of a positive and inclusive school culture, along with bespoke targeted support and interventions planned to meet student needs by adopting a 'support first' relational approach to behaviour management. This role demands exceptional people skills due to the requirement to work within any of our academies across the Trust as directed by the ICEO, to fulfil long-term periods of deployment where capacity is required. All post-holders at White Rose Academies Trust are responsible for improving the outcomes for learners and upholding the ethos of the academies.
