Trusts and Foundations Fundraiser, London, c£32.5-£34k + benefits DOE
An amazing brand new opportunity exists for an experienced and energetic Trusts and Foundations Fundraiser to join this fantastic disability charity who have been supporting those with disability and championing their rights for over 50 years. With solid experience in raising funds you will be working in a growing team, raising support for the charity’s UK programmes and projects. You will lead and support statutory funding bids, working effectively with teammates in their London office and across the UK, raising money for the UK programmes. You have demonstrable experience of securing programme funding for projects, working on proposals to funders such as Trusts and Foundations, Sports England, Big Lottery sources and other similar funders. You have a proven track record of income generation through high quality applications and account management and the ability to build effective relationships quickly together with possessing excellent networking and communication skills including timely report writing. These abilities will compliment your positive approach and can-do attitude. You will build enduring relationships with prospects and be responsible for a portfolio of current and potential funders, providing exceptional grant management to maintain, revive and grow support. Experience in fundraising in Health, Education, Technology, Disability environments, or particularly with Lottery approaches would be of help.
