We are looking to recruit a fee earner to manage our current Trusts as well as assisting us in expanding this area. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating Trusts and settlements, as well as managing Trusts on behalf of the Trustees including experience with Tax relating to Trusts, completion of Trust Tax returns, preparation of legal documents relating to Trusts, preparation of accounts, liaising with investment providers as well as the termination of Trusts. For the right candidate, this role could also include taking on Wills, LPA’s and Probate matters.
Position based in our Plymouth office (hybrid considered), full-time or part-time considered.
This position would suit a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or a non-qualified with direct experience.
