About the role: As a Turnaround Manager, you will have one quality that truly sets you apart from your peers: unparalleled kindness. It will impact every aspect of your work in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care home. About You: For you, that will mean applying everything you know about running a care home to bring improvements to underperforming homes in our portfolio, including those without current Home Managers. Whether you are asking for the team's input into developing a vision and values for their home, helping them to better understand targets and regulatory compliance, or addressing a specific deficit in a given home, you'll always have resident wellbeing in mind above anything else. We are looking for a: Registered Nurse with valid NMC Pin Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership in Management in Care Level 4 or 5 Proven leadership skills in a care home for vulnerable adults. This is a role for someone who is ready to take real accountability. Whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, you will be truly considerate and kind.
