Turnaround Manager – Care / Nursing Home *£2000 wb* *MUST HAVE CURRENT EXPERIENCE AS A TURNAORUND MANAGER* ** We do not have a licence to recruit people from outside the United Kingdom** Reference: NurseSC4254 Location: Tipton (Must have secure residency) Salary: up to £57,000 per year (based on 40 hours) Hours: Full time Care Categories: Dementia / Elderly care / Learning Disabilities Contract: Permanent Company and Care Home information: · Care Home Group Review Score of 9.5 on the care home website · Work a Bank holiday and receive a day off in lieu. About the role: As a Turnaround Manager, you will have one quality that truly sets you apart from your peers. Unparalleled kindness. About You: For you, that will mean applying everything you know about running a care home to bring improvements to underperforming homes in our portfolio. Not to mention those without current Home Managers. And, whether you are asking for the team's input into developing a vision and values for their home, helping them to better understand targets and regulatory compliance or addressing a specific deficit in a given home, you'll always have resident wellbeing in mind above anything else. We are looking for a: · Registered Nurse with valid NMC Pin · Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership in Management in Care Level 4 or 5 · Proven leadership skills in a care home for vulnerable adults. This is a role for someone who is ready to take real accountability. And, whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, you will be truly considerate and kind.
