The role of Turnaround Manager comes with an attractive salary starting from £65,000, DOE and qualifications plus KPI bonus. As the Turnaround Manager, you will be:

Working with managers to help improve the overall quality of the homes. Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Working closely with underperforming homes to improve the quality of care. Managing budgets and overseeing financial performance. Filling in as acting manager if a home is without one.

The ideal Turnaround Manager will have:

Evidence of Good or Outstanding CQC inspections. Evidence of turning around a failing service. NMC Pin is essential. At least 3 years of experience working as a Home Manager in a similar setting.
