My client is seeking a dynamic Peripatetic / Turnaround Manager to join their prestigious nationwide luxury organisation.

Role Overview:

As a Peripatetic / Turnaround Manager, you will be responsible for stepping in as the Registered Manager at underperforming homes across the South of England, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care services. You will play a key role in turning around homes that are not meeting the required standards, driving improvements, and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations. Your leadership will be pivotal in guiding teams, improving operational performance, and fostering an environment of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Step into homes across the South of England, taking on the role of Registered Manager as required. Lead and manage turnaround initiatives to improve underperforming homes, ensuring high-quality care and operational efficiency. Achieve and maintain high standards in CQC inspections and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Work closely with teams to improve staff engagement, training, and performance. Develop and implement action plans for quality improvement, ensuring both short-term and long-term success. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to local management teams.

Ideal Candidate:

An experienced and well-established Registered Manager with a strong track record of achieving good or outstanding CQC reports. Proven experience in turning around underperforming care homes and driving operational improvements. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards. Willingness to stay away from home as needed to cover various locations. A proactive, adaptable, and results-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

What We Offer:
