CNC Operator Setter/Programmer (Turning)
to join their team. Based in Stroud, you ll be a key member of the manufacturing team, producing aerospace-quality components. Your expertise in CNC machining, programming, and safety compliance will help drive the success of high-precision projects in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC Lathe machinery to produce Aerospace-quality machined components. Select and set up the required tooling for machining operations. Edit and create machining programs based on technical specifications and customer drawings. Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards. Uphold safety policies and contribute to a safe working environment. Qualifications & Experience: Essential: Minimum 4 years of direct experience with FANUC-controlled CNC machinery. Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications to produce accurate CNC programs.
