Turnover Manager
Our client, a globally leading EPC company, is looking for an experienced Turnover Manager to join them on a six to nine months plus contract, outside IR35. Duties include:
Verify system scoping drawings for completeness and perform tag validation checks to keep the turnover database current. Review Management of Change documentation and update the turnover database accordingly. Support contractors with the turnover database and facilitate transaction of documentation. Prepare and lead system walkdowns, including organizing pre- and post-walkdown meetings. Prepare System Compilation Manuals or Turnover Packages, ensuring all required documents are included for client certification. Coordinate with construction to clear deficiencies and ensure mechanical completion and final project acceptance. Requirements:
