WORKING PATTERN:
Our work style is hybrid, requiring at least
three
days per week, or
60%
of our time, at our Watford site. New starters are required to be in the office 5 days a week during the training period.
About this Opportunity
This role plays a crucial part in facilitating efficient contract management, ensuring timely vehicle procurement, and maintaining strong relationships with employers and dealerships. Key tasks and responsibilities include: Ensuring all orders are captured within a 24-hour turnaround while preparing the contract with all employer-specific details and requests.
Liaising with dealers to ensure accurate vehicle specifications are ordered.
Liaising with the Pricing and Data team to ensure correct manufacturer pricing and discounts, managing monthly price increases.
Providing exceptional customer service through first contact resolution, taking full accountability for the service delivered, and striving to exceed KPIs and SLAs via phone and email.
Being flexible to take on bespoke and ad hoc tasks allocated by the Line Manager.
