Tutor , you will work on a one-to-one or small group basis to support students in achieving their full potential in

Maths, English, or Science . Your role will involve providing tailored lessons to suit the individual needs and learning styles of students, building their confidence and academic ability across their respective subjects. Whether you are helping students prepare for exams or supporting them with their current curriculum, you will play an essential role in their educational journey. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging tutoring sessions in

tailored to individual students’ needs. Assess student progress regularly and adjust tutoring strategies to ensure consistent improvement. Help students prepare for exams and standardised assessments, providing them with the tools to succeed. Encourage and motivate students to reach their academic potential, building their confidence in the subject. Monitor and track students’ development, providing feedback to both students and parents as required. Create a safe and supportive learning environment that fosters academic growth and development. Support students with homework, coursework, and exam preparation. Maintain accurate records of each student’s progress and achievements. For this role, what we need: A degree in

Maths, English, Science , or a related field is preferred. Previous tutoring experience in Maths, English or Science is desirable. Strong knowledge of the subject(s) and an ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging way. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for teaching and helping students reach their academic goals. Patience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Why Join GSL Education?
