Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners. Assess and monitor learners’ progress, providing constructive feedback to support their achievement. Verify and quality assure learners’ work to ensure compliance with awarding body standards. Maintain accurate records of assessments, progress reviews, and IQA activities. Support learners to meet their educational and professional goals through individualized coaching and mentoring. Ensure compliance with internal and external quality assurance requirements. Essential Requirements: Assessor Qualification
(e.g., A1, D32/D33, or TAQA Level 3). Teaching Qualification
(e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, or Level 3 Award in Education and Training). IQA Qualification
(e.g., V1 or Level 4 Award in Internal Quality Assurance). Experience teaching in a college or training centre environment. Strong knowledge of Adult Care qualifications and related standards. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using digital tools and e-learning platforms to enhance the learning experience. Desirable Requirements: Experience working with diverse learner groups, including apprentices. Proven ability to inspire and motivate learners to achieve their full potential.
