This position is full-time, you'll receive an annual salary between £33,232 - £40,211 per annum - depending on experience. How will we support you? Qualifications Required

Registered Nurse (Adult or Mental Health) Current professional qualification (NMC) Understanding of the complexities of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working A non-judgmental and compassionate approach Understanding of clinical governance, health and safety, QOF, EBP, and national standards Although not essential, ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community, or prison environment. Job Responsibilities

As a Primary Care Nurse, you will work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse-led service and prevent hospital admissions.
