We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Busbar Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing busbars for electrical systems. This role requires precision, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality.

Main Responsibilities
Fabrication: Cut, bend, and shape busbars according to specifications using various tools and machinery. Assembly: Assemble busbars and related components, ensuring proper alignment and fit. Installation: Install busbars in electrical panels, switchgear, and other equipment. Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Blueprint Reading: Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
The Person
Previous experience in busbar fabrication or a related field. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electrical fabrication is a plus. Proficiency in using fabrication tools and machinery, strong attention to detail, and ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks. Certification in electrical fabrication or a related field. Experience with CNC machinery. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
