Our Bridgestone Select Salisbury store is seeking an experienced Tyre Fitter/Wheel Aligner to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for carrying out tyre fitting, wheel alignment, and other automotive services for our valued customers. As a key member of our Automotive Trades team, you will play an integral role in maintaining the excellence of our services and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities Efficiently and accurately fit and balance tyres on a range of vehicles Perform wheel alignments using specialised equipment to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety Provide high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all tasks Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment Assist with other automotive services as required What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Tyre Fitter/Wheel Aligner or similar automotive role Strong technical skills and knowledge of tyre and wheel alignment procedures Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with customers A commitment to safety and attention to detail in all work A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively A valid driver's licence.
