RESPONSIBILITIES Support the development of channel strategy to deliver success against key growth metrics, working closely with brand marketing, trade, and CD colleagues to define the vision and tactics. Develop the channel marketing plans to support growth across the full channel basket of products. Marketing lead amongst priority customers; you will support key pitches and selling presentations, working with sales to win new business or develop and deploy activations to grow existing business. Support key customer growth through relevant and impactful campaigns which drive joint profitable growth. Lead the development of operator-centric (B2B) content aligned to your operators' needs and execute this end to end across multiple touchpoints including web, social, email, text, and apps. Be the go-to lead for B2B digital lead nurturing. Design optimum omnichannel journeys and campaigns to drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion aligned to business growth targets. You will be proficient in using data from Analytics to inform decision-making and actions that successfully transition engaged operators through to conversion. Work with trade teams to connect the journey across non-owned platforms (e.g., trade web shops and e-commerce applications) and provide relevant content to improve presence. Keep in tune with customers and operators by regularly getting on the front line with customers and across relevant industry events. Work with external agency partners overseeing briefing and execution of trade artwork on time, in full, and to budget. Manage budget and perform ROI analysis on all activities. ALL ABOUT YOU Degree level in Marketing or Business-related studies is preferred but not essential. Relevant years’ experience in marketing or commercial role ideally where delivery of marketing initiatives has been included. Experience in Food Service is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail. A tenacious individual who is willing to hold internal and external partners to account. Ability to remain agile, work with ambiguity, and manage multiple projects at once. Ability to work both independently and as a team member with strong collaborative, cross-functional communication skills at all levels. Creative and innovative thinker/problem solver. Ability to form effective working relationships with a variety of people. A purpose-led individual who can demonstrate cultural sensitivity and personal resilience. Good communication and project management skills. Passion for marketing excellence. Growth mindset with passion for continuous personal and team development.
