Under the direction of the UK and UG Marketing Manager, the post holder will contribute to City, University of London’s marketing activities at undergraduate level. The role entails developing and delivering a range of projects and activities across the undergraduate H.E. undergraduate cycle, including research and insights, advertising campaigns, email marketing, and content creation. The post holder will work in close collaboration with other Marketing Officers, with responsibility to lead on the targeting of either City's UK or international UG audiences. The successful candidate will work with staff from across the university as part of a team tasked with increasing reach and recruitment in alignment with the university's strategic aims, including supporting on-campus, off-campus, and online events. Responsibilities

Person Specification

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience and ideally hold a Marketing qualification or the willingness to work towards one. You will have previous experience of working in a marketing role with extensive experience of email marketing software (e.g., Dotmailer). The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the UK education system and the undergraduate student journey. You will be well organised with excellent time management and the ability to manage small projects from development to delivery. Comfortable working alone and as part of a team, you will have excellent communication, proofreading, and copywriting skills, along with effective interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service. In addition, you must be willing to travel to events across the UK, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events as required. Additional Information
