UI/UX Designer AI-Enabled Products & Client Workflow Systems focuses on design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and interface layouts for web-based and ai-enabled platforms.

What the role involves

• Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and interface layouts for web-based and AI-enabled platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and feedback analysis.
• Supporting the design of client onboarding journeys, dashboards, internal tools and service delivery interfaces.
• Work with AI/data, consulting and operations teams to improve client-facing digital workflows.
• Review and improve the usability, accessibility and commercial practicality of digital tools.
• Supporting product iteration based on client feedback and internal testing.

Skills and requirements

• Experience in UI/UX design, product design, interaction design or a closely related field.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar.
• Commercial awareness and ability to design for real business use cases.
• Experience with AI-enabled products, automation tools or digital transformation projects.
