What you'll be doing

You will be part of our central Datacentre & Cloud Product Area making sure our Datacentres and cloud hosting in AWS and Azure are delivering excellent backend performance for our partners in the company and have the main responsibility for our AD, AAD, Microsoft 365 and Hosting. You will be part of an international team and work closely with the other engineers in the team to maintain / improve existing solutions and support the initiatives from other TED Product Areas. Your areas of responsibility are:

Monitor and maintain the company's datacentres to ensure maximum uptime and availability. Manage and maintain the company's virtualized environments, including VMware vSphere. Manage and maintain the company's cloud services, including AWS and Azure. Develop and maintain infrastructure automation using Terraform. Perform regular system updates and patches to ensure security and stability. Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues. Provide support to internal teams and customers as needed. Your skillset for performance:

Solid Experience with Microsoft AD, AAD and Microsoft 365. Experience with VMware vSphere. Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services. Experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Experience with Linux, SCCM, Intune, and Citrix is advantageous.
