Leon Cycle is an e-bike business that was established in Germany in 2014 and has since developed business operations in over 10 countries across Europe, North America, and APAC. Leon Cycle offers a range of e-bike models from mountain bikes, folding e-bikes, trekking e-bikes, and step-thru e-bikes. Our products are sold via our own online website, E-Commerce platforms, dealers, and our retail stores worldwide. With strong growth and expansions in place, we are now seeking a Global Demand Planner to join us based in London. This role will include but is not limited to: Responsibilities:

Head up and manage Master planning, Demand Planning in Europe and North America, and Production Planning for manufacturing/assembly facilities in Europe. Ensure that supply and demand planning are accurate, working closely with sourcing and logistics departments to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods and parts/components, reflecting the inventory needed for business growth. Utilize Excel, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in planning. Frequently liaise with our logistics and warehouse team in London, purchasing team, as well as R&D and manufacturing business leaders and departments. Follow up to ensure production and materials are on schedule, enabling our facilities to deliver finished goods on time. Formulate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual planning schedules in accordance with sales needs and company goals and objectives. Qualifications:

8-10 years of supply chain planning experience with a product that requires assembling and managing multiple hundreds of SKUs of spare parts and components. Experience working with and managing overseas OEM factories. A background in both MNCs and Chinese companies. Excellent spoken and written English skills. Ability to manage and set up a team while being hands-on. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with different stakeholders. Able to work frequent overtime due to time differences and business operations abroad. Strong character, able to drive and manage upper management while firmly pushing subordinates to deliver results. Overseas working/study/living abroad experience highly regarded. Full-time degree in Supply Chain Management.
