up to £80,000 per annum As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the national delivery of our operations. You will oversee the efficient and effective delivery of all installations and services to our customers, ensuring that we continue to achieve our ambitious growth targets. Key Responsibilities: Fully accountable for all elements of operational delivery on a national scale Develop and set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity Implement process improvements to maximize productivity and reduce costs Negotiate high-value contracts and agreements with the global supply chain Develop financial and budgetary plans to ensure future growth Establish and oversee policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Develop and implement day-to-day operational systems and processes Foster strong relationships with key suppliers and explore cost-reduction opportunities Implement and execute the delivery of future technologies (e.g., Air Source Heat Pumps, Electric Vehicle chargers) Manage and attend meetings with key customers and construction directors to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction Coach, develop, and build a world-class operations team What We Are Looking For: A strategic thinker with a proven track record in operational management A strong negotiator with experience in handling high-value contracts A leader who can build and develop high-performing teams A resilient and robust individual who can challenge the norm and drive continuous improvement Cultural Competencies: Hungry, smart but humble Fair and supportive to customers and colleagues Driven to provide excellent service and support Always seeking better ways to achieve goals Eager to help teammates succeed Embody our values of Excellence, Fairness, Innovation, and Trust You’d be joining a highly reputable and growing company who have a real passion for sustainability, eco systems and delivering a first-class service to their customers.
