Competitive plus Car Allowance, Bonus, Family PMI An opportunity for an Operations Director has opened up with an impressive company in the food sector. This role will serve as a direct link between the MD and Site Managers across multiple sites, requiring a dynamic leader to bring energy and influence to deliver operational improvements. You will develop and implement operational goals to enhance and support business strategy, working closely with Site Managers to improve performance of key resources, people, productivity, transport, and minimize stock losses while reducing costs. A strong commercial acumen is essential to deliver against commercial objectives and to collaborate with the SLT and sales division to improve business operations. You will take strategic decisions to maximize divisional performance for the medium to long term. The ideal candidate will have overseen full site operations at Operations Director level in a food company. You should be an innovative, progressive leader with an outstanding operational skillset to deliver business objectives and a strategic mindset to drive the business forward, engaging all stakeholders.
