Partnership Manager

to join our UK team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive top of funnel leads and enhance our brand presence in the UK. You will collaborate with various internal teams to create win-win partnerships that align with our business objectives. This role will report directly into the SVP of Growth, UK. This is your chance to develop, from scratch, a partnership strategy. To own the execution of that strategy, and deliver something special. You'll work closely with our UK SVP to evolve the program and support the growth of the UK market. Key Responsibilities: Identify and Develop Partnerships: Research and identify potential partners that align with our strategic goals. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders. Manage Partnerships: Oversee the lifecycle of partnerships, from negotiation and contract signing to ongoing management and performance evaluation. Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to define partnership strategies and goals. Develop plans to achieve these objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of partnerships. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics. Prepare reports and presentations to share insights and recommendations with the team. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities. Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for partners. Facilitate effective communication and ensure a positive partner experience. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 4 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role. Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
