Role Overview The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving AVERio’s B2B and B2C sales strategy. This hands-on position focuses on researching new opportunities, exploring routes to market, building relationships with potential customers, and supporting our CRM (HubSpot) to deliver engaging and meaningful interactions with leads and clients. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the sales direction of a fast-growing start-up. Responsibilities Business Development:

Research and identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments to drive growth. Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement sales plans for both B2B and B2C markets. Customer Relationship Management:

Use HubSpot to track, manage, and enhance customer interactions and maintain accurate sales records. Engaging Interactions:

Deliver professional and impactful communication with customers and potential customers to foster trust and build relationships. Routes to Market:

Explore and develop innovative routes to market that align with AVERio’s goals and target audiences. Market Research:

Conduct research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends in the health and social care sector. Lead Generation:

Identify, qualify, and convert leads into opportunities, nurturing relationships to create long-term customers. Collaboration:

Work closely with the founding team and other departments to ensure alignment with the company’s vision and marketing strategies. Customer Support:

Provide a degree of support to existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Key Skills and Qualities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail. Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven. Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or similar platforms is a plus. Ability to conduct detailed research and synthesise findings into actionable insights. A genuine interest in start-ups and the UK health and social care sector. What’s in it for You?
