The Role As the UK Sales Manager, you will lead and provide support to the UK sales team through an exciting phase of expansion into international markets. Specifically, you will ensure the team achieves a £70m+ sales target for the UK and Ireland. You will develop and manage a high-performing sales and estimating team, identifying emerging opportunities and challenges, proactively mitigating risks and unlocking the full potential of untapped prospects.

Additionally, you will: Craft impactful strategies Foster strong, lasting client relationships Attend key sales meetings and executive-level pitches Hold weekly sales meetings to align strategies Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting to the Sales Director Develop and implement improved systems and processes Ensure a seamless sales handover to operations

About You To be considered as a UK Sales Manager, you will need: At least seven years’ progressive responsibility with quantifiable results in similar roles A minimum of five years’ experience managing sales teams and in leadership roles A proven sales track record with at least five years’ experience Construction industry experience Expertise in pipeline management with sales analysis tools and methodologies A full, valid driving licence
