UK/Demand Planning & Replenishment Lead The Position

As the Demand Planning & Replenishment Lead for the UK & Ireland, you will play a key role in helping to deliver Instruments and reagents to our customers and ultimately positively impacting the lives of patients across the country. Your Opportunity The Demand Planning & Replenishment Lead is a key leadership role within the Supply Chain function, helping to create and deliver the Supply Chain strategy in pursuit of our business and functional goals. The successful candidate will lead a team of experts and take the lead role in ensuring the performance of the Supply Chain against the agreed KPI's within the business including Forecast accuracy, inventory levels and importantly customer OTIF and availability. This role will use local, regional and Global networks as well as external insight to identify and motivate change to achieve profitability, efficiency and sustainability targets. Who you are Pivotal to the success of the role will be the effective and efficient management of our forecasting processes and amplifying S&OP in the business. We also expect the role holder to play a key role in the identification, planning and delivery of Supply Chain initiatives including End to End system changes and enhancements.
