30,000 - 35,000 Description of Job: We are seeking an inspirational and enthusiastic leader to head our dynamic Under 18's ministry. You will oversee the outreach, pastoral care, and discipleship of our under 18 year old, ensuring their growth in faith and community engagement. Your key responsibilities will be to: Develop and expand Sunday and mid-week children's ministries; Equip and manage a dedicated team of volunteers; Foster mission, evangelism, and outreach to local youth; Build strong, nurturing relationships with children and their families; Collaborate with church leadership to create a sustainable ministry plan. We're looking for a committed, baptised, evangelical charismatic Christian with proven experience of and a passion for working with children in a Christian context. You will have excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate both children and young people. You will need flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. Holy Trinity is a vibrant and growing town centre church with a clear vision: Belong, Believe, Become.
