Responsibilities
Face preparation.
Drilling development round in accordance with legislation and company policy.
Installation of ground support with pneumatic drills as per legislation and company standards.
Loading and blasting rounds.
Capable of making workplaces safe by check scaling.
Identify unsafe ground condition.
Communicate pertinent information with the shift supervisor and cross shift on a regular basis.
Experience, Education and Skills
Experience operating pneumatic handheld drills, scissor lifts, and scoop.
Capable of identifying hazards and safely rectifying them.
Capable of effectively working alone or as a team.
Health and Safety
We are seeking individuals who will promote health and safety, follow company procedures, work in accordance with local legislation, ensure the proper use and condition of personnel protective equipment, and maintain a safe and effective workplace.
