To process in line with internal service standards and own limits of authority for the following tasks, including any other departmental tasks to assist the Underwriting team: New business, renewals, midterm changes, endorsements, reinsurance, claim refers, potential misrepresentations, and quotations. To support the Senior Underwriters in dealing with non-escalated complaints in accordance with the limits of authority. To answer internal and external telephone queries in line with internal service standards and own limits of authority. To adhere to all departmental internal service standards, internal processes, and procedures. To support the Underwriters by completing the daily and weekly work returns as and when required. To process new and existing agency enquiries in line with internal service standards and own limits of authority. To adhere to the Company’s technical underwriting philosophies. Provide effective, economical, and compliant underwriting services adhering to TCF and all other regulatory bodies that the Company is required to comply with.
