Underwriting Operations Technician. To £40,000 This leading insurance organisation has an excellent reputation and due to an internal promotion is now looking for an experienced Underwriting Technician. They are very happy to consider either a candidate looking to take the next step in their career or someone returning from a career break looking to resume their insurance career. Duties Responsible for ensuring that tasks as defined in the Underwriting Operations task list are continuously transferred into Underwriting Operations. Assisting the Group Head of Operations with the delivery of the Underwriting Support Model including involvement in outsourcing, creation of procedure documents and conducting training workshops to outsourced business partners General policy administration processing Oversight of the performance of less experienced Underwriting Operations Technicians Oversight of KPIs ensuring all tasks are completed within SLA Daily monitoring of Underwriting Operations Dashboard Daily monitoring of central mailbox ensuring that the Underwriting Operations are maintaining the mailbox with emails being dealt with. Preparation of materials and meeting attendance as required by the Group Head of Operations Other tasks as required to assist the Group Head of Operations
