Location - Borehamwood Salary - £55,000 Work type - Permanent
Main Responsibilities as an Underwriting Risk Analyst
Define and refine KPIs to monitor risks, ensure robust processes, and flag deviations using automated controls. Perform daily monitoring of loss ratios, business mix, retention, and pricing to meet expected outcomes. Analyse performance, identify deviations, and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions. Maintain governance documentation, assist with pricing audits, and contribute to committee discussions. Deliver excellent customer outcomes by ensuring high standards of care and enabling informed decisions.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Experience in a similar role (ideally at an insurer) Expert Power BI skills Excellent MS Office skills Radar skills and experience Python/SQL skills
