We aim to offer the best choice of quality and high-value Own Brand compatibles in the UK, bringing a low-cost alternative for our business and domestic customers alike.

We are looking for an experienced Unfinished Basket Sales Advisor to join our busy and expanding team. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Unfinished Basket Sales Advisors will call customers and close the deal. Are they having issues checking out? Provide assistance. Not sure if they can get the product cheaper? Provide assurance. The Unfinished Basket Sales Advisor closes the sale by providing genuine advice and knowledge and earns a nice commission for doing so.

Main duties of the role: Outbound sales calling Promotion of own-brand products Meet and exceed individual targets Advise on customer queries and recommend suitable products Build relationships with customers Accurately maintain database

Skills Required: Experience of twelve or more months in an outbound telesales role Naturally positive communicator, a real people person! Problem solver, helpful nature Able to multitask Confident and enthusiastic with a friendly disposition Team player Positive 'can do' attitude Attention to detail, high levels of accuracy Competent with Excel The ability to actively listen, influence and negotiate with customers
