Job Description
We are looking for 2 Unit Assistants to ensure the efficient and effective running of the temporary Accommodation Unit. This role will require flexible, evening and weekend working, with a rota system in place for shift working. The post holder will demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation. This is a lone working post, with 8 hour shifts (dayshift 6:30 - 14:30, backshift 14:30 - 22:30, nightshift 22:30 - 06:30) at our Emergency Accommodation Unit in Peterhead, rolling shifts weekly. Duties include dealing with day-to-day issues within the Unit; admin and paperwork, access and security, plus daily domestic cleaning of communal areas and deep cleaning of rooms at void.
