Job Title: Unit Lead / Clinical Lead

Location: Sheffield

Salary: £21.00 to £22.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience)

Employment Type: Permanent

Shift Pattern: 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Facility Rating: GOOD CQC

Ownership: Privately Owned

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Unit Lead / Clinical Lead to join our team in Sheffield. Our facility, which has been rated GOOD by the CQC, is privately owned and prides itself on delivering high-quality care to all residents. You will be working a clinical and supernumerary split.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of care are provided. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the unit, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards. Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents. Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor quality and performance. Provide support, training, and supervision to nursing and care staff. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Participate in recruitment and staff retention activities.

Qualifications and Experience: Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with an active NMC pin. Significant experience in a similar leadership role within a clinical setting. Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations. Excellent leadership and management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Commitment to delivering high-quality care. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
