Develop students' design thinking, technical skills, and understanding of manufacturing processes. Foster a love for hands-on learning and exploration within the design and technology field. Contribute to the development of our curriculum to ensure it is relevant, engaging, and provides opportunities for creative problem-solving. Play a vital role in our supportive and inclusive school community. Minimum Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Design and Technology or a relevant subject. Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for design, innovation, and practical learning. Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills. A commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment where all students can explore their design potential.
