Unplugged - UK - Land & Expansion Manager
We’re doubling from 30 to 60 Unplugged cabins so are on the hunt for someone to hit the road to find incredible spaces in nature for our cabins to call home. You’ll be spending most of your week putting in the miles across the UK meeting landowners, farmers and estate managers, traipsing across their land so a good pair of wellies is essential. Once you’ve identified a magical potential cabin location you’ll be responsible for negotiating the agreement with the landowner. You’ll then be working alongside our Head of Operations to ensure the cabin is installed quickly and effectively so we can get the cabin live and start welcoming guests. When not on the road you’ll be responsible for outreaching to landowners to build a pipeline of prospective cabin locations. Key Responsibilities Sourcing new landowner partnerships Choosing amazing locations Negotiating agreements with landowners Working with operations team to ensure smooth cabin install Requirements Full UK Drivers licence - you’ll be on the road a lot Not phased by questionable UK weather conditions A natural at building rapport with people Entrepreneurial, problem solving mindset Enjoy the fast-paced nature of start-up life and the challenges it can throw at you Ideally you’ve got a proven track record in a role where you’ve been getting out there, finding new sites and signing those partnerships to completion.
