Leading global logistics company with over 100 years in the market that offers road freight, airfreight, sea freight, rail freight, inland waterway, logistics and customs clearance services is seeking an experienced Airfreight Export Clerk to join them in their Colnbrook offices.
The role of Airfreight Export Clerk requires at least 2 years of start to finish experience.
The Role
Coordinating with customers and overseas agents via email and telephone
Arranging collections
Booking shipments with airlines via online platforms, email and phone
Completing airfreight export documentation on our in-house system (House and master airwaybills)
Completing airfreight exports customs entries (Sequoia)
Sending pre-alerts to overseas office via email
Post flights
Invoicing
Scanning of files to our system
Skills
2 years’ experience in a similar role
AOG/time critical experience preferred
